Where do we start?
Our initial contact can be by email, phone or in person if you are local to Axminster. This is when I will find out what your needs are and advise you which of my services will benefit you the most. If you are looking for marketing assistance, the best place to start, if you don't have a marketing plan, is with the Marketing Review.

How will I get work to you?
Here is where the internet can really save you time and money. Drafts, handwritten notes, existing literature can all be scanned and emailed or faxed to me. If this is not possible, you can send them through the post or if you are local to Axminster they can be picked up.

How will you know what I like?
Through discussion and you completing a simple questionnaire, I will find out what styles and colours you like and dislike. I will look over any existing literature you provide me with that you have, or that you like.

What happens to the work you've completed?
If you are going to print the work yourself I can email/fax it to you or give/post/deliver it to you on CD. Correspondence and invoices can be printed and sent by me on your behalf. You will be given a proof of promotional literature for your approval and then on CD for copying onto your computer (if you have MS Publisher) or to give to your Printer. I am happy to run off small numbers of copies for you as needed.

How will you help improve my business?
The best way for me to help improve your business is with the Marketing Review. After reading it I will offer suggestions for you to know who your customers are, how they can find you, how to keep them and to refer you, and how to encourage them to come back. The easier it is for people to know about you, and like what they see and remember you, can only improve your business. This is the purpose of a good marketing strategy and a professional business image.

How will all this be affordable?
Time is money for both you and me and also like you, I am self-employed. I have a good understanding of how to promote a small business with a professional image on a small budget.

What if I just need some typing done now and then?
I am happy to take on typing as and when you need it.

How will I pay you?
For small projects I will invoice you at the end, with on-going projects I will invoice you at regular intervals so you are fully aware of the costs. For larger projects, for example, a website we shall agree a fee up front with a 25% deposit with final payment on completion. I can accept a cheque or credit card payment through PayPal.
