Mail merge: same letter with addresses: 50p per letter
Bulk mailings: 30p per letter
Paper:   A4 80 gsm: 10p      A4 120 gsm and colour paper: 15p
Envelopes:   DL: 20p     C5: 25p     A4 Brown: 30p     A4 White: 40p
Colour printing: 40p
Fax: 50p and phone charges
Scanning: 40p per item
Laminating: £1 per item
Acetates: £1 per sheet
CDs: £2.50
Postage: at cost

Discounts:
Desktop Publising: discounts are available when ordering several items at the same time
Referral of a new client: 10% off your next invoice (after settlement of new client's invoice)
