I would like you to enjoy visiting my website and to feel as though it were a high street shop therefore I offer the same high standard of service I would as if we were meeting face to face.  Just as in a shop, I offer you suggestions for gifts suitable for special occasions along with a co-ordinating card.  I can also gift wrap it, handwrite the card and have them delivered for you, for free (please see terms and conditions). 

If you are a last minute shopper, please email me with your requirements and I'll see what I can do to help you.  I aim to send your order the day after I receive it, by Royal Mail, however, personalised and made to order items may take up to 14 days for me to create.

If the item you would like is sold, please email me and I will see if I can replicate it or offer a substitution.  Similarly, if you see an item you like but would like a different colour, please email me and I will see if it is possible to create a similar item.
